Kloof is a leafy upper-class suburb and small town, that includes a smaller area called Everton, in the greater Durban area of eThekwini in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

Wildlife in the area has been preserved in the greenbelt areas created by Kranzkloof Nature Reserve and the Kloof Gorge along with Everton Conservancy. The nature reserve links Kloof to the smaller suburb of Waterfall and now Fields Hill connects the suburb to the urban district of Pinetown.

Kloof is known for its peace and tranquillity and abundance of flora, fauna and wildlife that inhabit this hilly setting and the many trees that define Kloof provide for an abundance of birds, including the crowned eagle.
